Sponsorships paid by August 31st, 2011 will
receive an early registration gift certificate:

Bring up to (4) players to East Lake Woodlands Country Club for
just $29 + tax per player. Certificate must be used by 9/30/11
and will be mailed to you by FBS Foundation upon
receipt of your sponsorship payment.
